Since Lily was born, I've made keepsake boxes for each niece and nephew. Today Emilia got hers. After Lily saw Emilia's she gave me the distinct impression that I need to make her a new one. Lily's was the first one I'd done and it wasn't my best work - plus for some reason I did hers in chipboard rather than wood so it's taken quite the beating. But I figure 6.5 years is pretty good for chipboard and a kid!

His has taken a beating as well and he actually gave me a piece that had fallen off and requested I "fix it." Luckily a little glue was all it needed.
I'm not sure Emilia really knows what to make of her box just yet, but she seemed to enjoy rolling around with it on the floor. :-)
